As part of the their Campaign ‘turn up he style, turn down the heat’, Global Cool asked us to photograph the steps of turning an old winter jumper in to an on trend piece. Who better to show us than Britains Next Top Model Judge and X factor Stylist Grace Woodward.

The main design Grace chose was the word ‘Cool’ with a cream lace trimming on a beige jumper. To make it a little bit more funky, she added a gold cord to frame it. It took less than half an hour to design and sew on and suddenly you’ve turned an old vintage jumper into something trendy and unique for you, very… um… COOL!

It was a fun yet chilled out experience and it was amazing how many different and creative designs she came up with! She would use very basic materials such as lace, beads, cords, colourful threads, buttons etc and a selection of old jumpers from various charity shops but make each one look like they are the line for Topshop. A really funky afternoon
